This Privacy Policy describes how the Hub Heritage Visitor Guide ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit hubheritage.com (the "Site"). We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the data we genuinely need.

This Site is an independent informational resource and is not affiliated with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. The museum's own privacy practices apply on its official website.

We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need to follow up and to maintain editorial records — typically up to twenty-four (24) months — and then we delete or anonymize them. Server logs are retained for up to ninety (90) days for security and debugging.

Massachusetts residents

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your country.
